Facilities Planner/Designer

Seeking an experienced Facilities Planner/Designer to lead interior space management and planning initiatives. This role involves designing, coordinating, and optimizing space layouts to align with operational needs and future growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative design solutions, manage space standards, and ensure alignment with organizational aesthetics and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and manage interior layouts to optimize space utilization.
• Coordinate furniture, equipment, and infrastructure changes (telecom, electrical, etc.).
• Develop concepts and oversee design/fabrication of furniture and equipment.
• Prepare bid documents, specifications, and project plans.
• Conduct space utilization studies and support long-range facility planning.
• Manage internal/external project teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Facility Management, or Interior Design (preferred).
• 3–5 years of facilities or architectural planning experience.
• Proficiency in CADD MicroStation; Autodesk Revit preferred.
• Strong technical and PC skills with attention to design detail.
• Experience in a corporate or large-scale facility environment.

Schedule: Hybrid — onsite 3 days per week.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
