Facilities Porter (Part-Time)

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Porter / Maintenance (Part-Time) to support daily building operations and ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. In this role, you will assist with general upkeep, light maintenance tasks, and support overall site operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas and building spaces
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and basic repairs as needed
• Ensure building areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained
• Support trash removal and sanitation duties
• Report maintenance issues to management in a timely manner
• Assist with general porter duties as assigned
• Maintain a professional and service-oriented presence on site

Requirements

• Previous experience in porter, maintenance, custodial, or facilities roles preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks and remain active throughout shift
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong work ethic and team attitude

Schedule & Compensation

• Location: New York, NY 10018
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Pay: $19.00 per hour
