FACILITIES SPECIALIST

• Travel to new store openings across the country (roughly 10–15 weeks per year), coordinating deliveries and sourcing materials locally to make sure everything arrives on time
• Manage subcontractors and team members on-site during store setups
• Walk finished spaces with the general contractor to close out punch list items before opening day
• Support existing stores with third-party maintenance coordination
• Help ensure every location has the supplies it needs to operate day-to-day
• Report to the Project Manager and collaborate with the broader facilities team back at our Willowbrook warehouse

• High school diploma or GED required; a background in skilled trades is a plus
• Ability to travel extensively, sometimes on short notice
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and retail store environment
• Proficient with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and warehouse machinery and equipment
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of the golf industry — clubs, components, heads, shafts, grips, and vendors — is a bonus but not required
