Facilities Supervisor

Administrative Duties

• Integrates department’s services with the agency’s primary functions
• Develops and implements policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services and reviews at least annually
• Recommends a sufficient number of qualified and competent persons to provide services
• Determines qualifications and competence of personnel who provide services
• Assesses and improves department’s performance continually
• Maintains appropriate quality control programs
• Recommends space and other resources for needed services
• Participates in selecting outside sources for needed services
• Achieves predetermined departmental objectives
• Stays abreast of changes in specialty area, e.g., changes in regulations, funding methods and sources, etc.
• Ensures compliance with appropriate laws, licensing regulations and other external requirements
• Works with board members/committees as assigned by President/CEO

High School education or equivalent

Four years supervisory experience

Valid Arkansas driver’s license with record acceptable to insurance carrier

Two years of construction site experience or equivalent

Have a working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.

Ability to manage projects
