Purpose of the Role
The CAFM Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the effective operation of the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. This includes ensuring accurate data management, smooth system operations, and providing support to facility teams and clients. The role is critical in optimizing workflows, monitoring assets, and driving operational efficiency across the project.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer the CAFM system to support all FM operations.

Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and reporting.

Coordinate with different FM teams to integrate system processes.

Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making.

Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for system users.

Liaise with clients to ensure alignment of system outputs with contract requirements.

Ensure compliance with company and client policies on data accuracy, safety, and confidentiality.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, with at least 2 years in CAFM system administration.

Hands-on experience with CAFM software (e.g., Maximo, Archibus, or equivalent).

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Ability to lead, train, and support a team of CAFM operators.
