Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:
Maintain facilities – Buildings, Aux. Equipment, and grounds
Key Responsibilities:-
Installing receptacles.
- Replacing (110V, 220V, and 480V) motors.
- Installing (110V, 277V, and 480V) light fixtures.
- Replacing bulbs and blast throughout the facility.

Maintaining HVAC systems.

Maintaining air compressors.
-
Maintaining the boilers.
-
Perform 5S activities.
- Drywall repairs.
- Painting.
-
Plumbing.
-
Fork truck repair
-
Concrete repair
-
Asphalt repair
-
All other jobs, which pertain to the upkeep of the facilities.
-
Performs other duties as required.

Must be able to operate forklifts, aerial lifts, cranes and maintenance type vehicles.

Computer skills
Education & Experience:-
2+ years’ work experience in facility type maintenance
-
Current State HVAC technician License or Completion of an HVAC Training program at a vocational school or apprenticeship

Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency to handle refrigerants required
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:-
Able to work in high places with aerial lifts and ladders

Able to lift heavy objects
-
Able to sit, bend, kneel, stand and walk.

Able to work in extreme heat and cold.

Proficient with manual/power tools, multimeter, and able to solder copper
