Facilities Technician

The Mall LLC SPS is looking for Facilities Technician, for MEP, Plumbing & HVAC

Job Responsibilities

1. Air Conditioning (AC) Works

• Install, repair, and maintain air-conditioning units (split, package, ducted systems).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot cooling system faults.
• Clean filters, coils, condensers, and ensure proper refrigerant levels.
• Replace compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats when needed.

2. Plumbing Works

• Install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.
• Inspect and fix leaks, blockages, and water pressure issues.
• Maintain pumps, valves, and water tanks.
• Support in the installation of bathroom and kitchen fittings.

3. MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Support

• Carry out routine preventive maintenance on all MEP systems.
• Support electrical maintenance tasks (lighting, wiring, minor repairs).
• Read and interpret MEP drawings and schematics.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and perform corrective actions.

4. General Building Maintenance

• Ensure all building facilities are in safe working condition.
• Coordinate with external contractors when specialized work is required.
• Report and document maintenance activities and materials used.
• Comply with health and safety standards during all operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in MEP / HVAC / Plumbing.
• 2–5 years of experience in building or facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and troubleshooting basics.
• Physically fit and available for emergency maintenance duties.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
