Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Implement Policies:Create and enforce policies for the safe and efficient operation of facilities and security protocols.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation:Conduct regular security and safety risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to address them.
- Security Operations:Oversee access control systems, surveillance equipment, and alarm systems to prevent threats.
- Personnel Management:Hire, train, and supervise security staff, maintenance crews, and other facility personnel.
- Emergency Response:Develop and maintain emergency response plans and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services during incidents.
- Maintenance & Cleaning:Manage the maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of the entire facility, both interior and exterior areas.
- Budget Management:Develop and manage budgets for security operations, maintenance, and other facility needs.
- Incident Response & Reporting:Investigate security incidents and breaches, maintain detailed incident reports, and analyze security trends.
- Compliance:Ensure the facility meets all relevant government regulations, health standards, and industry security requirements.
- Vendor Management:Coordinate and manage service providers for cleaning, maintenance, security systems, and other facility needs.
