JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective: The poudre Learning Center is a science based facility serving students from D6 and the surrounding area. The students are immersed in science standards aligned with the D6 pacing guide, in an outdoor environment. This position supports the site from an operational stance, with site prep and fixture setup, while utilizing D6 system support for maintaining the grounds and building maintenance.
Qualifications:
Ability to operate and maintain hand tools, chainsaw, power tools, light vehicles, ATV/UTV, tractor (backhoe and bucket front).
Essential Job Functions:
General maintenance and security tasks include: 75% of the overall Job Duties
Use of hand and motorized implements: tractor, riding mower, string trimming, hand irrigation implements
General custodial duties include: 25% of the overall Job duties
