Job Summary
The Facility Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily facility operations, maintenance activities, and vendor management to ensure safe and efficient operation of grocery stores, malls, and related facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities (civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
- Monitor facility condition and report issues.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Support store operations with facility-related requirements.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility coordination, grocery stores, malls, or maintenance administration.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and tasks.
