Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility operations and maintenance activities
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Monitor cleaning, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service issues
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and service reports
• Support health, safety, and compliance procedures
• Assist in budget tracking and cost control for facility services
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and management

Requirements

• Previous experience in facilities management, property coordination, or operations support
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and vendor management abilities
• Basic knowledge of maintenance systems and building operations
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools
• Ability to work independently and handle urgent issues calmly
• High attention to detail and service quality mindset
