Job Summary:

We are looking for an exepreinced Facility Corporate O&M Senior Specialist to oversee the FM activities across RUA corporate assets and sites. This through perfroming the follwoing activities:

Perform specialized maintenance tasks and repairs on complex facility systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed inspections and diagnostics to identify technical issues and develop effective repair and maintenance solutions.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and schedule specialized maintenance activities in alignment with operational needs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs for critical systems and equipment.
  • Utilize advanced technical knowledge and skills to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance activities, including proper handling of hazardous materials and equipment.
  • Support the Facility Ops & Maintenance Manager in evaluating and selecting external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
  • Document maintenance procedures, equipment specifications, and repair histories accurately for reference and compliance purposes.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to junior technicians and maintenance staff on specialized maintenance techniques and procedures.
  • Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery efforts, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of facility-related issues.
  • Collaborate with project teams during new construction or renovation projects to integrate specialized maintenance requirements and ensure operational readiness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in specialized facility maintenance to propose and implement improvements.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations on specialized maintenance activities, performance metrics, and project updates as required.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including Facility Ops & Maintenance Manager, team members, contractors, and other departments.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, safety awareness, and professional development within the maintenance team.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration , or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in facility operations and maintenance, with proven expertise in managing corporate facilities and utilities.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Facility Management and Maintenance, Facilities and Utility Management, and Facility Operations.
  • Skilled in Facilities Cost Budgeting and Asset Lifecycle Planning, ensuring efficient resource use and long-term asset sustainability.
  • Strong capabilities in Asset Optimization, Asset Planning & Utilization Management, and Equipment and Assets Safety.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, documenting procedures, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
