Custodian / Groundskeeper

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Great Pay & Benefits

Shine Bros. Corp., a family-owned company with over 120 years in business, is hiring a Custodian / Groundskeeper to help maintain our facilities and outdoor areas. This full-time position offers steady work, great benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Clean offices, break rooms, and restrooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and restock supplies
• Empty trash and maintain tidy work areas
• Perform outdoor maintenance: mowing, trimming, snow removal, and salting walkways
• Operate equipment such as skid loaders or mowers (training available)

Requirements:

• Reliable with strong attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors
• Experience in custodial or groundskeeping work preferred
