Facility Engineer

• Ensure all systems are working at their optimal capacity and effective implementation of best practice engineering services systems and processes to support cost optimization, effective resource utilization, quality of service delivery
• Conduct physical onsite technical audits for process and systems
• Monitor FF, FA & BMS systems on regular basis
• Generate performance reports for HVAC, Electrical & Water consumptions and concentrate on further reduction of unit/cost
• Prepare annual, monthly and weekly PPM schedules for contracts and ensure uniformity in service delivery in all buildings in line with the customer requirements to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Delivery of services as per set SLA’s/KPI’s and client expectations
• Effective Quality and HSE policies are in place
• Follow company IMS system at site
• Prepare monthly reports and CAFM dashboard
• Ensure that standard operating procedures are applied and always followed where necessary.
• Ensure employees are competent and trained to carry out their respective duties with due regard for the health and safety of others
• Ensure that safe systems of work are applied and always followed where necessary e.g., permit-to-work, lock-out/tag-out, fall protection, PPE, etc.
• Ensure conformance with applicable regulations, rules, procedures and Client QHSE requirements
• Ensure all incidents and accidents are thoroughly investigated and appropriate corrective/preventive actions are implemented
• Implement and maintain the HPFM’s IMS Policy, manual and related procedures.
• Maintenance of Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements and demonstrate visible leadership to enhance conformance to IMS requirements.
• Ensure that all non-conformities are evaluated for root-causes and appropriate corrective/preventive actions are implemented

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per hour
