Facilities Coordinator for Expats Domestic Maintenance Services in Mumbai
This position is for TENANCY MANAGEMENT. It is about administration and coordination of the variety of Maintenance & Upkeep services for the Expat Houses in Mumbai (individual apartments spread over various locations). The services include AC AMC, Pest Control AMC, Electrical/Carpentry/Plumbing troubleshooting services, delivery of water jars and other services, Housekeeping, etc.
Role and Responsibility:
- Review the ongoing work of various services we offer to customers (maintenance, housekeeping, apartment and office set-up, etc) at various residential premises.
- Quality check and lead a team of supervisors, technicians.
- Coordinate and Improve vendors management
- Review the client relations management by team.
- Make SoPs and SoWs. Keep watch on policy followed by the team.
- The job involves on-site visits, as well as desk work- around 70% desk work from the office, 30% fieldwork
- Record / Data keeping / Scheduling
Educational Qualification and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree is MUST
- 0-2 years of work experience in administration / facility management is preferred.
- English skills (verbal and written) are a must (our clients are foreigners)
- Good skills in message/email writing, Excel, word, are a must
- Multi-tasking, Peoples management
- Hands-on with general PC and software usage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
