Facility Foreman – Electrical/Civil

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Foreman with a strong background in both Electrical and Civil works to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and project execution within our facilities. The ideal candidate will supervise teams, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver high-quality work on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical and civil maintenance activities across the facility
• Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and structural issues promptly
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and workforce allocation
• Ensure adherence to health & safety policies and local regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance or construction supervision
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, civil works, and maintenance practices
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with UAE safety standards and regulations
• Ability to read technical drawings and plans
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in facility management companies or large-scale infrastructure projects
