Facility Incharge - BISCAT ( Facility & housing )

The Facility Incharge - BISCAT (Facility & Housing) at ABIS is responsible for managing and overseeing all facility and housing operations within the camp. This role ensures that all facilities are maintained to a high standard, providing a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for all residents and staff. The Facility Incharge coordinates maintenance activities, manages housing allocations, and liaises with various service providers to guarantee smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operation and maintenance of camp facilities and housing units
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repair and upkeep of facilities
• Supervise housing allocation, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained throughout the facility and housing areas
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Prepare reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and housing status
• Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to facilities or housing
• Monitor inventory and procurement of facility-related supplies and equipment
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in facility and housing management, preferably in camp or oil & gas environments
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, safety, and housing management
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage resources effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in reporting and documentation
• Ability to work in challenging environments and adapt to changing situations
