The Facility Incharge - BISCAT (Facility & Housing) at ABIS is responsible for managing and overseeing all facility and housing operations within the camp. This role ensures that all facilities are maintained to a high standard, providing a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for all residents and staff. The Facility Incharge coordinates maintenance activities, manages housing allocations, and liaises with various service providers to guarantee smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the operation and maintenance of camp facilities and housing units

Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repair and upkeep of facilities

Supervise housing allocation, ensuring compliance with company policies

Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained throughout the facility and housing areas

Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers

Prepare reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and housing status

Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to facilities or housing

Monitor inventory and procurement of facility-related supplies and equipment
Requirements

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in facility and housing management, preferably in camp or oil & gas environments

Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, safety, and housing management
