Facility Inspector

URGENT HIRING: Facility / Move in - Move out Inspector (Male) – Abu Dhabi

Job Role (Move-In/Move-Out Inspector):

• Inspect apartments/units during tenant move-in and move-out.
• Record damages and maintenance issues.
• Take photos and complete inspection checklists.
• Submit reports to management.
• Communicate politely with clients.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in property inspection/facilities coordination.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to take photos and fill inspection checklists.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and AC (preferred).
