Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Facility Lead to oversee the daily facility operations and ensure the efficient maintenance, safety, and performance of building systems. The role involves managing maintenance activities, supervising teams and contractors, and ensuring that facilities operate smoothly while meeting operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations including maintenance, cleaning, and overall site functionality.
• Develop and manage planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Coordinate internal maintenance activities and external contractors to minimize operational downtime.
• Monitor and maintain building systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other facility infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards .
• Supervise maintenance teams and ensure effective task planning and execution.
• Manage maintenance materials and control related operational costs.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Analyze operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic reports on facility performance and maintenance activities.
• Manage contractor activities to ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering , Electrical Engineering, or a related field .
• 4–6 years of experience in facility management or maintenance operations.
• Previous experience in shopping malls, commercial centers, or large facilities is preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems .
• Experience in maintenance planning, budgeting, and KPI management .
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
