National Maintenance and Build Out Company (NMBOC) is a growing commercial construction and maintenance firm serving Fortune 500 clients across the Northeast region & expanding south. From retail fit-outs to nationwide facility support, our work is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. As our project volume increases, we’re looking for an organized, reliable Office-Based Support Team Member to join our Facility Maintenance and Construction Division.
Position Overview
This is a supportive administrative role focused on assisting the operations, maintenance, and construction teams from our Warminster, PA office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in scheduling, communication, data entry, and helping coordinate both internal resources and subcontractors across multiple active jobs.
