Facility Maintenance Foreman - BISCAT ( Housing & Facility )

The Facility Maintenance Foreman - BISCAT (Housing & Facility) at ABIS oversees the maintenance activities of housing and facility infrastructure within the camp. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance teams to ensure all housing units and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with standards. The Facility Maintenance Foreman coordinates daily maintenance operations, schedules preventive maintenance, and handles any repair issues promptly to minimize downtime and inconvenience to residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead maintenance teams in servicing housing units and camp facilities
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety and quality standards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
• Inspect facilities and report any deficiencies to management
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, materials usage, and equipment status
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when required
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility and housing maintenance supervision
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and housing systems
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in camp environment and adapt to changing demands
