Facility Maintenance Operator

Responsibilities-

Detailed requirements and job duties for the Facility Maintenance Operator include (but are not limited to) the following:

 Grounds maintenance and upkeep of all Wintzer properties including the Plant, rentals/farm properties and office buildings, including (but not limited to) mowing, landscaping/trimming, roof upkeep, power washing, grading, paving, restoration, painting, garage door maintenance, snow removal, fencing, block filling, etc.

 Attending to all driver spills at plant, on road or at customer sites.

 Truck shelter/wash maintenance/upkeep and supply refilling.

 Procurement installation assistance as needed.

 Hide, tote, pallet and barrel loading, unloading and upkeep of the areas.

 Live load unloading and clean up needs.

 Auxiliary facility item care and clean up including propane, gas, diesel, ORD, trash compactor, cardboard, scrap metal, C02, bone yard, etc.

 Inventory and parts stocking in warehouses.

 Cleaning and Stocking of

o Trucks and trailers.

o Forklift and manlifts

o Parts warehouses

o Driver locker room.

o Truck Maintenance shop

o Truck wash, fuel station and truck shelters.

 Parts pick up and deliveries.

 Transporting CDL drivers for equipment and business needs.

 Procurement installation assistance as needed (may require overnight stays).

 Create a positive work environment for coworkers.

 Communicate all needs, issues, complaints, and suggestions to the Facility Manager and LM.

 Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, and Quality plans.

 Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information.

 Attend Safety Trainings and company meetings as required.

 All other tasks as assigned.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
