Facility Maintenance Technician (Electrical) – Cinema

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician with strong electrical experience to support the daily maintenance and operation of cinema facilities. The role focuses mainly on electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and quick troubleshooting to ensure smooth and safe cinema operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs across cinema facilities
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, lighting systems, DB panels, and power connections
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Support maintenance of HVAC, escalators, and general facility equipment when required
• Respond quickly to technical issues to avoid operational disruptions
• Ensure all work follows safety standards and company procedures

• Requirements:
• Diploma or certification in Electrical or related technical field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance or facility maintenance
• Good knowledge of wiring, lighting systems, breakers, and electrical panels
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and emergency call-outs if needed
• Experience in cinema, mall, or building maintenance is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,200.00 per month

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• in facility maintenance, carpentry, or repair work: 2 years (Preferred)
