Facility Maintenance Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of landscaping, irrigation and pool issues. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining the functionality, aesthetic, and safety of our properties, ensuring a pleasant environment for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, general handyman work, irrigation repair, landscaping, and enforcement of HOA rules.
• Willing to learn or capable of performing pool maintenance, including cleaning and maintaining proper chemical balance.
• Repair and upkeep tools to ensure optimal equipment operations.
• Conduct residential painting and minor repairs to maintain a polished appearance.
• Maintain a detailed logbook of all maintenance activities, repairs completed, and hours worked.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in facility management.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working long hours outdoors.
• Skilled in landscaping and irrigation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors and residents.
