Electrical Engineer – Facility Management

Location: Duhail, Qatar
Salary: QAR 3,500 (Full Package)
Contract Duration: 15 days (Extendable)
Working Days/Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9 hours per day (including lunch break)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer (Facility Management) to support our client’s operations in Duhail, Qatar. The role is ideal for professionals with a strong electrical engineering background and proven Gulf experience in facility operations and maintenance. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and managing subcontractors across multiple technical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise subcontractors and technical teams in facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards at all times.
• Oversee maintenance and operations of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and related systems.
• Review and implement QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and operational checklists.
• Coordinate with project managers on procurement, inspections, and material approvals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• FM Certification (preferred, but not mandatory).
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance, including at least 3 years in the Gulf region.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge across AC, DC, LV, mechanical, and facility systems.

• Contract Duration: 15 days (Extendable).
• Work Schedule: Saturday to Thursday, 9 hours per day (including lunch).
• Salary: QAR 3,500 (Full Package).
• Location: Duhail, Qatar.
