Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Facility Management Trainer. The trainer will deliver instructional sessions, design and update training materials, and provide practical demonstrations to ensure the effective learning of trainees. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, evaluating performance outcomes, and working closely with teams to enhance management development skills within the facilities management domain.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills and Customer Service abilities to effectively engage with trainees and colleagues.
• Expertise in Training and Management Development to deliver impactful and insightful training sessions.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess performance and training needs.
• Knowledge of industry standards in facilities management and previous experience in similar roles is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Education, or a related field is desirable.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is an advantage.
