Job Overview
As a Facility Manager / Property Manager at Integra, you will lead the operations of a Luxury residential societies and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. You’ll be the key link between clients, employees, and management—delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 100+ staff (security, housekeeping, gardening, operators & technicians).
• Build strong client relationships and ensure their needs are met on time.
• Monitor daily operations, handle complaints, and ensure tickets are closed within SLA.
• Oversee preventive & corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, STP/WTP, DG sets, and other utilities.
• Manage breakdowns, maintain logbooks, checklists, and schedules for smooth operations.
• Drive service excellence by motivating your team and solving problems proactively.

Qualifications & Skills

• BE/B-Tech/MBA preferred (but not mandatory).
• 1+ year experience in apartment/villa facility management OR willingness to learn quickly with minimal guidance.
• Strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment, STP/WTP, and generators is an advantage.
• Languages: Tamil & English (must).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
