Brief Role Description:

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance.
• Manage technical services (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, safety systems, etc.).
• Ensure smooth functioning of sites with compliance and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors for effective facility management.
• Lead teams and handle escalations proactively.

Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Office-based role)
