Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our premium IT Tower — Midas Tower, Hinjewadi Phase 1. The ideal candidate will ensure the building, utilities, and services are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day building operations and maintenance (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, housekeeping, security, etc.)
• Supervise facility staff, vendors, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and maintenance standards.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair activities.
• Monitor budgets, facility expenses, and vendor performance.
• Manage client/tenant requests and ensure prompt resolutions.
• Maintain facility documentation and reports (logbooks, AMC records, audits).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facility Management / Engineering / similar field.
• 0-5 years of experience in facility management of commercial buildings or IT parks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Laptop is mandatory.
• Knowledge of safety norms, vendor coordination, and maintenance procedures.
