Facility Manager

Responsible for overall building maintenance and daily facility operations.

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems.

Supervise housekeeping and security staff to maintain cleanliness and safety.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work.

Monitor utilities such as electricity, water, and DG usage and ensure cost control.

Maintain all facility-related documents, AMC records, and service reports.

Handle resident or tenant complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Prepare facility budgets and monitor expenses within approved limits.

Ensure compliance with fire, safety, and statutory requirements.
