Facility Operations:

Maintenance Management:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs; oversee repairs and maintenance activities performed by internal staff and external contractors.
Budget Management:
Prepare and manage the facility budget, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Compliance:
Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
Vendor Management:
Identify and manage relationships with service providers, contractors, and vendors; negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery.
Space Planning:
Assist in planning and organizing space utilization, ensuring optimal layout and functionality.
Sustainability Initiatives:
Implement and promote sustainable practices and energy-saving measures within the facilities.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and train facility staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Emergency Preparedness:
Develop and maintain emergency response plans, ensuring staff are trained and prepared for emergencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of facility management practices and building systems.
Proven experience in budget management and financial reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in facility management software and MS Office Suite.
