Key Responsibilities
1. Building Audit
● Conduct routine building audits (daily/weekly/monthly) to identify maintenance needs, safety risks, and cleanliness levels.
● Maintain audit checklists and ensure timely closure of observations.
● Report audit findings to the Operations Manager with action plans.
2. Maintenance Management
● Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
● Ensure all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, CCTV, fire & safety systems are functional at all times.
● Track visitors and vendors flow in the building.
● Maintain maintenance logs and ensure zero downtime for essential services.
3. Rent Collection
● Coordinate with clients for timely rent collection.
● Follow up on outstanding payments and share monthly rent collection reports.
● Maintain accurate records of rent receipts and billing queries. 4. Housekeeping, Cleaning & Facility Upkeep
● Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure daily cleaning standards are met.
● Ensure pantry, washrooms, common areas, desks, meeting rooms, and outdoor spaces are maintained at high hygiene levels.
● Conduct random inspections to ensure SOP compliance.
● Ensure availability of consumables and track inventory usage. 5. Visitor & Vendor Observation
● Monitor visitor entry, exit logs, and ensure security protocols are followed.
● Observe vendor performance and behaviour during maintenance/cleaning tasks.
● Report any suspicious activity or non-compliance immediately. 6. Maintenance Reporting ● Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports covering: ○ Issues raised ○ Work completed ○ Pending tasks ○ Vendor activity
● Share incident reports for any major breakdowns or client escalations.
7. Client Handling & Relationship Management
● Act as the first point of contact for all clients for facility-related queries.
● Handle escalations with professionalism and provide timely resolutions.
● Conduct regular feedback sessions with clients to maintain strong relationships.
● Support clients during onboarding, seating allocation, and operational support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
