Facility Manager

We are hiring for the role of Facility Manager for our Kukatpally, Kompally and Vijayawada Units:

Job Role: Facility Manager

Location: Kukatpally, Kompally and Vijayawada

Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience

Job Responsibilities:

-To manage both Technical and Soft Services. Must have good knowledge in electrical, plumbing, STP, WTP, chillers, fire, sprinklers, housekeeping, security as well.

-33 KV license will be added advantage.

-Ensure compliance of facility as per prescribed standard and protocol.

-Monitor operations for efficiency and safety, ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements are met.

-Overseeing the upkeep of equipment and supplies, determining and scheduling repairs or renovation projects, and coordinating safety inspections.

-Follow-up of structure maintenance strategy, create and implement safety plans.

-Ensuring that fire prevention and occupant safety measures are in place.

-Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.

-Plan and manage facility central service areas such as OPD, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and parking.

-Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness.

-Negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost saving.

-Planning and supervising hospital facilities team including training, performance management and evaluation, staff development etc.

-Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met.

-Prepare monthly report of housekeeping expenses.

-Security Audit Report including guards placement, attendance, inward and outward registers.

-Incident report pertaining to patient complaints, mob, vehicles.

-Fire audit report and checklist.

-Hospital, Hostel rental & Maintenance expenses

-Up keep of facility by identifying clutter and following condemnation policy

**Candidates should be open to travel across units if required**

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
