Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end operations of facility management across office spaces, manufacturing units, and other company infrastructures.
- Lead teams responsible for housekeeping, security, transport, pantry, and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety systems, and all essential infrastructure.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships including rate negotiations, performance reviews, service level management, and contract renewals.
- Plan and optimize space management including seating allocation, workspace upgrades, and future expansion projects.
- Prepare and monitor facility budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and procurement activities.
- Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), asset management, and inventory control systems.
- Lead emergency preparedness programs including evacuation drills, fire safety audits, and risk mitigation activities.
- Review and implement facility-related policies, processes, and SOPs for operational excellence.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and senior management regarding facility requirements and workplace improvements.
- Manage and support company events, visitor protocols, and front-office operations.
Qualification / Requirement:
- 8 – 12 years of experience in facility coordination, administration, or office management.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent understanding of safety regulations, building systems, and infrastructure operations. Expertise in vendor management, budget planning, and project supervision.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
