Tasks / Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end operations of facility management across office spaces, manufacturing units, and other company infrastructures.
  • Lead teams responsible for housekeeping, security, transport, pantry, and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety systems, and all essential infrastructure.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships including rate negotiations, performance reviews, service level management, and contract renewals.
  • Plan and optimize space management including seating allocation, workspace upgrades, and future expansion projects.
  • Prepare and monitor facility budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and procurement activities.
  • Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), asset management, and inventory control systems.
  • Lead emergency preparedness programs including evacuation drills, fire safety audits, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Review and implement facility-related policies, processes, and SOPs for operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and senior management regarding facility requirements and workplace improvements.
  • Manage and support company events, visitor protocols, and front-office operations.

Qualification / Requirement:

  • Any bachelor’s degree.
  • 8 – 12 years of experience in facility coordination, administration, or office management.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of safety regulations, building systems, and infrastructure operations. Expertise in vendor management, budget planning, and project supervision.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹641,460.22 - ₹1,248,713.33 per year
