Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and send Daily Headcount Report, Material Consumption Report, and Machine Running Report over email in the prescribed formats.
  • Maintain accurate logs for manpower deployment, material utilization, machine usage, and maintenance.

2. Housekeeping Operations & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure that all mall areas remain clean, hygienic, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs to monitor cleanliness standards and take corrective action where required.
  • Ensure closure of all housekeeping-related tickets raised through the mall’s app within defined timelines.

3. Team Supervision & Performance Management

  • Lead and manage three Supervisors, ensuring they execute their responsibilities effectively.
  • Monitor staff productivity, discipline, grooming, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks based on mall requirements and footfall.

4. Equipment & Office Management

  • Ensure the FM Office is well-organized, clean, and maintained as per audit requirements.
  • Oversee the upkeep, servicing, and correct usage of all machines deployed (scrubbers, sweepers, vacuum cleaners, etc.)
  • Ensure proper machine logs, preventive maintenance schedules, and breakdown records are updated regularly.

5. Coordination with Mall Management

  • Respond promptly to all concerns raised by the Manager on Duty (MOD) and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain professional communication and provide updates on operational status, challenges, and solutions.

6. Communication & Responsiveness

  • Stay active and responsive on WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels used for daily coordination.
  • Escalate critical issues immediately and follow through until closure.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Strong team leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities
  • Eye for detail with a strong focus on cleanliness and quality standards
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with housekeeping machines and soft services operations
  • Proficiency in mobile apps, WhatsApp communication, and MS Office

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate or Diploma holder (preferred)
  • 3–7 years of experience in soft services / housekeeping operations, preferably in malls, commercial buildings, or large facilities
  • Experience managing teams and handling client interactions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
