Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the bungalow/house, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are consistently met.
  • Supervise and manage domestic staff including housekeeping, cooks, drivers, gardeners, and security personnel.
  • Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and structural systems.
  • Manage vendors and service providers for repairs, utilities, pest control, and AMC contracts.
  • Monitor inventory of household supplies, groceries, and consumables; ensure timely procurement.
  • Handle utility management including electricity, water, internet, security systems, and generator operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, fire safety, and emergency preparedness.
  • Maintain records of expenses, vendor bills, staff attendance, and asset inventories.
  • Support hosting of guests, events, or functions by coordinating logistics and staff requirements.
  • Act as a single point of contact between the property owner and all staff/service providers.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working in hospitality, estate management, or for senior executives/HNIs.
  • Familiarity with security systems, CCTV, and smart home technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
