Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the bungalow/house, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are consistently met.
- Supervise and manage domestic staff including housekeeping, cooks, drivers, gardeners, and security personnel.
- Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and structural systems.
- Manage vendors and service providers for repairs, utilities, pest control, and AMC contracts.
- Monitor inventory of household supplies, groceries, and consumables; ensure timely procurement.
- Handle utility management including electricity, water, internet, security systems, and generator operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, fire safety, and emergency preparedness.
- Maintain records of expenses, vendor bills, staff attendance, and asset inventories.
- Support hosting of guests, events, or functions by coordinating logistics and staff requirements.
- Act as a single point of contact between the property owner and all staff/service providers.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working in hospitality, estate management, or for senior executives/HNIs.
- Familiarity with security systems, CCTV, and smart home technologies.
