WE’RE HIRING: FACILITY MANAGER (CHENNAI)

The Pilates Studio is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our multiple studio locations in Chennai.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping spaces running smoothly, handling people and processes, and ensuring a consistently high-quality client experience.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience in facility management, studio operations, hospitality, or admin roles
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple studio locations
• Good people skills — with staff, vendors, and clients
• Comfortable working in a premium wellness environment
• Hands-on, proactive, and dependable

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing daily operations across all studio locations
• Coordinating maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor services
• Managing studio opening/closing routines and upkeep
• Supporting trainers and front-desk staff with operational needs
• Ensuring studios meet safety, hygiene, and brand standards
• Handling basic inventory and operational reporting
