We are looking for a skilled Facility Manager with strong real estate experience to manage maintenance operations, supervise technical teams, coordinate contractors, and ensure efficient, compliant facility performance.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

Manage all equipment systems, ensuring proper function and regular maintenance.

Track equipment performance and generate periodic reports.

Supervise and evaluate the performance of maintenance staff and technicians.

Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.

Ensure all facilities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.

Manage annual maintenance contracts and monitor contractor performance.

Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment required for facility upkeep.

Conduct regular inspections of buildings and systems to identify issues.

Assist in planning and overseeing renovations, refurbishments, and installations.

Monitor utility usage and recommend energy-saving initiatives.

Prepare and manage the facility management budget.

Generate regular reports on operations, incidents, and maintenance status.

Resolve any facility-related emergencies or urgent issues effectively and efficiently.

Ensure all work is completed to high standards and in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years experience in facility management or a related role.

Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure.

Fluency in English; Hindi is a plus.
