Facility Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations of buildings and facilities

Manage maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers

Monitor and manage facility budgets and expenses

Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs

Manage utilities, cleaning, security, and waste services

Develop preventive maintenance schedules

Respond to emergencies and facility-related issues

Maintain records, reports, Vahicles and Property

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
