Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Facility Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day facilities operations of our college campus. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning, maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of all infrastructure and support services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise overall campus facilities including classrooms, labs, hostels, restrooms, and common areas
• Coordinate maintenance works such as electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, and HVAC
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across the campus
• Manage housekeeping, security, gardeners, and other support staff
• Monitor vendor activities and AMC services
• Handle repair requests and preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, fire safety, and statutory regulations
• Maintain records of assets, maintenance logs, and service reports
• Coordinate with management, HODs, and administrative departments
• Support events, examinations, and special college activities with required arrangements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any discipline (Facility Management preferred)

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility management (college/school experience preferred)

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance

Strong supervisory and coordination skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and emergencies

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in educational institutions

Knowledge of vendor management and budgeting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
