Experience: 10 to 12yrs of experience as Facility Manager

  • Responsible for managing all Engineering assets and MEP maintenance
  • Monitor day-to-day function of all utilities for smooth functioning which includes HVAC,Transformer,DGSets,ElectricalPanels,Chillers,Pumps,ROPlant,WaterTreatmentPlant,Sewage Treatment Plant
  • Daily routine and monitoring of diesel Generator, Transformer, LT panels, UPS System, STP,ETP,RO Plant, Fire System and Air conditioning.
  • Carried out all civil and mechanical work like as painting, fall ceiling, furniture repair, and sanitary system.
  • Carriedoutallprojectrelatedworkandthereafterworklikeasmodificationandextensionofworks.
  • Handling Maintenance, Fire & Safety, Gardening & Landscaping.
  • Manage all Hospital Related Lease & Licensing documentation.
  • Carried out all CCTV cameras, EPABX System, Data & Telephone line lessening Installation & Operating.
  • Carried out MGPS Manifold System, Air Compressor, and Vacuum pump.
  • Daily Routine Round’s in Hospital Premises, Patient’s Rooms & All Dept. Related maintenance & Facility.

  • Designandimplementwaystoconserveenergy,power,wateretcandundertakemeasurestoreduce wasteful consumption. Identify and initiate interventions for cost control.
  • Devise&monitormachineefficiency&equipmentperformanceatregularinterval.
  • Addressandresolveescalatedcomplaints&grievancesfromuserdepartmentsandmonitor the Turn Around Time (TAT) for complaints received
  • Liaise with user departments on engineering equipment's, purchase and maintenance.
  • Developandimplementamaintenancescheduleforallequipmentsandensureadherencebyall.
  • Monitor breakdowns and plan ways to optimize machine uptime.
  • Review performance of AMC vendors/ partners. Conduct the quality audits on periodic basis.
  • Prepare and monitor the department’s annual expense budget.
  • Custodian of all govt. compliances.
  • Shortlist,trainandscheduleallengineeringstafftogetmaximumoutputasspecifiedinthestandard operating procedure.
  • Takeactiveinterestintherecruitment,performancemanagementandtraining&development of all team members. Appraise employee performance and facilitate team engagement activities.
  • Organizeemployeetechnicaltrainingsonengineeringequipmentsusagetrainingetc.
  • Overseetheplannedandtimelyprogressandcompletionofcommissioningactivitiesandtakeproper handover from the project team regarding engineering works
  • Workswiththedesignteamtodevelopsafe,efficient,andeffectiveprojectsthatwillfallwithinthebudget.
  • Evaluatesallcostsassociatedwitheachprojectincludingmaterials,costsoflabour,andtime expended.
  • Negotiatescontractswithvendorsandclientstoensurethemostcost effectivemeansofreaching the customer’s needs.
  • Approvesplansandbudgetsforeachprojectandmakesanyadjustmentsneededinconsultationwiththe client and the COO and Unit Head Director.
  • Coordinatestheengineeringteam,assigningshortandlongtermgoalsforsuccessful completionofthe project’s plans.
  • Ensuressafetyofthework-siteduringthecourseofdevelopment.
  • Reviewssafetystandardsforthefinishedproduct.
  • Makessureallprojectsandundertakingsstayonbudgetandwithintheprojectedtimeschedule.
  • Managestheengineeringteamandoverseestrainingofnewemployees.
  • Allocatesresourceseffectivelyincludingpersonnel,materials,andtime.
  • Completesengineeringprojectsbyorganizingandcontrollingprojectelements.
  • Developsprojectobjectivesbyreviewingprojectproposalsandplansandconferringwith management.
  • Determinesprojectresponsibilitiesbyidentifyingprojectphasesandelements,assigningpersonnel to phases and elements, and reviewingbids from contractors.
  • Determinesprojectspecificationsbystudyingproductdesign,customerrequirements,and performance standards.
  • Completestechnicalstudiesandpreparescostestimates.
  • Confirmsproductperformancebydesigningandconductingtests.
  • Determinesprojectschedulebystudyingprojectplanandspecifications,calculatingtime requirements, and sequencing project elements.
  • Maintainsprojectschedulebymonitoringprojectprogress,coordinatingactivities,andresolvingproblems.
  • Controlsprojectplanbyreviewingdesign,specifications,andplan,schedulingchanges,and recommending actions.
  • Controlsprojectcostsbyapprovingexpendituresandadministeringcontractorcontracts.
  • Preparesprojectstatusreportsbycollecting,analyzing,andsummarizinginformationandtrends; recommendingactions.
  • Draftsreportsanddataanalysisforreviewbythecompany’sboardofexecutives.
  • Inspectsthefacilitytoidentifysafety,health,andenvironmentalrisks.
  • Developsandimplementsinspectionpoliciesandprocedures,andascheduleofroutine inspections.
  • Developshealthandsafetyproceduresforallareasofthecompany.
  • Preparesandschedulestrainingtocover emergencyprocedures,workplacesafety,andotherrelevant topics.
  • Monitorscompliancewithsafetyprocedures.
  • Draftsinspection reportstodocumentinspectionfindings.
  • Ensuresthatmaterialsafetydatasheetsaremaintainedandreadilyaccessiblewhenneeded.

General Administration

House keeping services:

people,planning,organizinganddirectingteammemberstoensurethehighestdegreeof guestsatisfaction;andpurchasing,re-orderingandmaintaininghousekeepingsuppliesand inventory.

Security Department:Implementingsecurityprocedures,developingemeegencyprotocols,investigating security incidents and training staff.

F&B: Managingfoodandbeveragescosts,toensuresanitationcodesareimplemented.

Laundry and linen: Assigningtasks,givingdirections,inspectingworkquality,orderinglinen.

Pest control management.

Preparationofmonthlyreportsdetailingfinancialactivitiesandprofessionalservicesrendered.
