Job Description – Facility Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee facility operations, utilities, and maintenance in a food processing environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, FSSAI, GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Manage preventive maintenance for production equipment, cold storage, HVAC, and sanitation systems.
- Coordinate housekeeping, pest control, waste management, and hygiene protocols.
- Supervise facility staff and vendors; ensure timely repairs and service quality.
- Monitor facility budgets, energy usage, and cost-control measures.
- Support audits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Facility Management preferred).
- 05 years of facility/maintenance management experience in a food or FMCG plant.
- Strong knowledge of food safety compliance, utilities, and production support systems.
- Good leadership, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
