Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Facility Manager to setup new facility and oversee the maintenance, operation, and management of the manufacturing facilities. This role demands energetic leadership to ensure optimal facility performance, safety compliance, and efficient management of mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will be passionate about facilities management, possess strong supervisory skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance and building systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead to setup and supervise maintenance teams to ensure the reliable operation of all facility systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and low/high voltage equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to minimize downtime.
- Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and industrial automation systems.
- Manage facility projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget while adhering to safety standards.
- Monitor facility safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations; conduct regular safety audits.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using CMMS software; analyze data for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve overall facility efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience with a strong background in facilities management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Extensive mechanical knowledge including HVAC systems, schematics interpretation, and industrial maintenance practices.
- Electrical experience with high voltage and low voltage systems; familiarity with Ohm’s law and electrical troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters.
- Experience supervising maintenance staff; demonstrated leadership capabilities in project management and team coordination.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance planning and record keeping.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and automation systems integration.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
