Job Summary

Blue Star Ltd is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee end-to-end facility operations at the UIDAI Aadhaar Card Center. The role involves managing maintenance, compliance, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in line with service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of facility operations including housekeeping, security, electrical, HVAC, and civil maintenance
• Ensure strict adherence to SLA, compliance, and UIDAI operational standards
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for smooth facility functioning
• Supervise site staff and ensure proper manpower deployment
• Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
• Handle audits, inspections, and statutory compliance documentation
• Manage facility budgets, expense control, and cost optimization
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards at the site
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Facility Management
• Prior experience handling government / PSU / critical infrastructure sites preferred
• Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, fire & safety systems

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
