Facility Manager

Central Academy Shastri Nagar is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and smooth functioning of school infrastructure and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, and common areas
• Coordinate housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, and repair works
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
• Manage vendors, service providers, and support staff
• Conduct regular inspections and report issues to management
• Maintain inventory and facility-related records

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in facility or building management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of safety and maintenance standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
