Designation : Facility Manager (Bungalow / Resident Manager)

Experience : 8-10 years

Location : Keshavnagar

Role Description

• Oversee and coordinate residence operations, including security, housekeeping, gardening and driver duty management, by supervising and guiding respective teams to ensure smooth functioning
• Manage events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality experiences.
• Handle calendar and schedule management
• Management of critical assets and their Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
• Lead vendor engagement and contract administration — from negotiation and onboarding to monitoring service quality and ensuring timely deliverables.
• Arrange domestic and international travel logistics and accommodations for executives and VIP guests
• Act as a central point of contact to streamline communication across offices, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration.
• Prior experience as a Bungalow Manager or Resident Manager will be preferred
