Facility Manager (Contracting / Maintenance Division)

We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee building maintenance, operations, and facility services. The candidate should have UAE experience managing maintenance teams, contractors, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations for residential/commercial buildings
• Manage maintenance teams (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil)
• Prepare maintenance schedules, inspection reports, and budgets
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair/maintenance works
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and ensure quick resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Facility Management
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in facility management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
