Location: Mumbai (Dadar, Ghatkopar & Thane Units)
Experience: 6–10 years in hospital facility management / healthcare operations

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee operations across our Heart & Vascular Superspeciality Hospitals in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of hospital facilities, compliance with safety standards, and a supportive environment for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hospital rounds and oversee maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, medical gas systems).
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
• Manage vendor contracts and service agreements.
• Handle procurement and stock records (surgical, stationary, cleaning supplies).
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety and regulatory standards.
• Resolve facility issues impacting patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Graduate (Commerce/Administration preferred).
• 6 to 10 years of hospital facility management experience.
• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).
• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Email).
