Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager/ Facility Manager/Facility Management Engineer to oversee the Elctrical, security, maintenance, safety, Housekeeping, Transportation and efficient operation of hospital infrastructure. The candidate will ensure all facilities, utilities, and equipment are well maintained and compliant with hospital and NABH standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise Security, Transportation , housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance teams.

· Monitor and maintain hospital facilities, including HVAC, DG, water, and waste management systems.

· Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.

· Ensure safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance in all facility operations.

· Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal departments for smooth facility management.

· Prepare maintenance reports and assist in audits and inspections.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Diploma/Degree in Administration / Engineering.

· Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Administration management, preferably in a healthcare setting.

· Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
