Job Description
- Manage overall facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and utilities
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and technical staff
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, hygiene and statutory regulations
- Maintain records, reports, and inventory related to facilities and housekeeping.
- Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and cost optimization
- Maintain records of maintenance, AMC contracts, and inspections
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in facility management of commercial buildings
- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, elevators , DG Sets plumbing and fire safety systems)
- Knowledge of safety and statutory compliance .
