Facility Manager - KOLKATA

Job Description

• Manage overall facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and utilities
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and technical staff
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, hygiene and statutory regulations
• Maintain records, reports, and inventory related to facilities and housekeeping.
• Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and cost optimization
• Maintain records of maintenance, AMC contracts, and inspections

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in facility management of commercial buildings
• Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, elevators , DG Sets plumbing and fire safety systems)
• Knowledge of safety and statutory compliance .
